How it works?

We provide you with a number where you can redirect your toll free number to so that our technicians can provide telephone support to your customers. We program your toll free number within our system so that it will display your company name on the caller id when our technicians answer the phone hence letting them greet your customers under your company name. Currently we only provide Level 1 telephone support. If a technical issue requires escalation we will advice your customer to open a ticket by emailing [support@yourcompany.com] so that our Level 2 technicians can further troubleshoot it.
