where our Level 1 and Level 2 technicians will be
more than happy to assist your customers with their
technical issues. If you have a monthly subscription
to our system administration plan we will escalate
all system administration issues to our system
administrators; otherwise we forward it to your in
house system administrators for further
investigation

One issue until resolved is counted as one ticket. If there are multiple issues in one ticket or if a ticket is being re-opened for another issue, it will be counted as separate tickets. |
