1- How long before your staff begins assisting my customers?

Once we receive payment we require 1 business day to setup which includes training our technicians regarding specific procedures about your company and also setting up your account within our backend system.

2- Will my customers know that my support is being outsourced?

Your customers will not know that your support is being outsourced. When our technicians respond to your customers helpdesk tickets the “From” field in the email header will show support@yourcompany.com. With live chat support it is branded under your company name and same with telephone support our technicians will greet your customers with your company name.

3- How can you afford to offer quality support at a cheaper price than having our own in house staff?

Simple, we have staff on hand 24x7; every day. They are already working and they need more. By hiring Dependable Support, you create a more cost effective solution to managing your servers.

4- Will my and my clients’ information be safe?

Dependable Support will supply you with a Non-Disclosure Agreement legally binding us to not distribute any sensitive data we become aware of. This includes methods, processes, inventions, techniques, machines, computer programs and research projects. As well as customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production or merchandising systems or plans.

5- Do I have to provide you with root access to my servers?

The level of access you give us is entirely up to you. You may, at your discretion, provide us with root access to your server(s). Alternatively, you can provide us with access to a restricted set of commands by using a tool such as sudo if you wish.

6- Will I be bound to a long term contract?

We do not believe in contracts simply because we know you will use our services for as long as you need it if you’re happy with our level of service. All services are on a month to month contract with a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice.

7- What operating systems and control panels do you support?

We support both Linux, Windows & FreeBSD operating systems. Some of the control panels we support are cPanel/WHM, Plesk, Helm, Hosting Controller, Ensim, Direct Admin, H-Sphere. We also support plain servers without any control panels.

8- What payment methods do you currently accept?

At this time we only accept PayPal recurring payments.
